  This company was selected beyond my choosing by my rental managers, 21st century. After they failed to make an appointment with them due to a no show, we had to make an appointment ourselves which seemed to be a hassle as well. When making the appointment the employee told us when he got off work and he had to go after that. Rather confusing considering he works there... the appointment time was "After 4pm". He shows up around 6pm with what seems at first to be an assistant or co-worker but is soon obvious that she is a girlfriend or something of that sort due to her not wearing a uniform and simply standing around the whole being awkward. overall the job got done but the process and presence was rather unprofessional.
